Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed, and undamaged)

  • With all original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important Information

Because our products are made to order and cannot be resold, we aim to minimize unnecessary shipping and reduce our environmental footprint.
If you ordered the wrong size or color, we encourage you to request a replacement rather than a return.

Our goal is to make sure you receive the product that fits your home perfectly.

If you receive a replacement, we kindly ask that you recycle, donate, or upcycle your original item locally to help reduce waste.

I Ordered the Wrong Size or My Cover Doesn’t Fit

We understand that mistakes can happen! Here’s what you can do:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and details.

  2. Provide clear images showing the cover applied (or attempted) on your furniture.

  3. Once we confirm the fit issue, we’ll offer to ship you the correct size.

  4. You’ll need to pay for the price difference, if any, and the processing and shipping fees.

  5. We’ll ship your new cover and provide an updated tracking number.

  6. You’ll receive your replacement within 5–10 business days.

Please note: This must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.


My Item Was Damaged on Delivery

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at aaurathreads@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Send a clear photo of the damaged packaging and item.

  3. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Solution:
If damage is confirmed, MhavenLiving will dispatch a new replacement item immediately.
Please note that we do not issue refunds for damaged-on-arrival items; replacements will be provided instead.


I Received an Incorrect Item or Items Are Missing

Please inspect your package carefully before signing for delivery.

If there’s an issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at aaurathreads@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Provide photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the items received.

  3. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Solutions:

  • If an item is missing, we’ll resend the missing product or accessory free of charge.

  • If the wrong item was sent, we’ll ship the correct one (subject to availability).


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing it at aaurathreads@gmail.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to process cancellations.


Warranty Exemptions

  1. Normal wear and tear, damage during use, or natural product degradation are not covered by our warranty.

  2. If the product has been misused or damaged by the customer, the warranty is void.
    However, you may contact us to purchase replacement parts (if available). Standard product and shipping fees will apply.


Product Quality Concerns

Spill Resistance

Our covers are spill-resistant, not waterproof. They resist small liquid spills for a short time, allowing you to wipe them up quickly.
If a spill-resistant product is proven defective, we will offer a replacement.

Fabric Quality

MhavenLiving covers are made from a durable blend of polyester and spandex — designed for comfort, stretch, and longevity.
If you have any concerns about material quality or defects, please contact us for assistance.
For verified defective items, we will offer a replacement.


Pet Damage

Our covers are designed to protect your furniture from everyday wear, dirt, and pet hair.
However, they are not chew-proof or scratch-proof and cannot withstand destructive pet behavior.

MhavenLiving is not responsible for pet-related damage.
If you have active or destructive pets, we recommend choosing one of our thicker, heavy-duty options. Please contact customer support for advice before purchase.
